AV Technical Support

Our AV Technical Support technicians are highly trained with audio visual equipment. Our team is professional and dress in show black and always with a Polo or Dress shirt. For any occasion our team is prepared to have the appearance, professionalism and technical capability to provide the best possible service for an event.

Let’s face it, whether this is your Wedding Day, a large conference group, or an important dinner meeting; ultimately the success of an event hinges on the success of the presentation. We can’t help with the nerves of public speaking. However, we can provide the AV Technical Support and necessary tools. Leaving you to relax knowing your audio and visual will have the best quality possible.

When delivering and setting up audio visual, our staff provides the necessary cables, equipment requested and sets up as efficiently as possible. Our staff tests the equipment prior to departure. On those occasions when you need a technician on location, we are happy to provide one or more in hourly, half day, or daily time blocks.

AV Technical Support Additional Charges?

When requesting audio visual additional charges can apply when we are not provided accurate information in advance. It’s easy to avoid extra charges by planning in advance and providing accurate information about any items you will supply, such as laptops or other devices. Fully understanding the set up for an event is critical.  We are the only AV supplier that includes necessary cables, extension cords, power strips and basic set up for simple events at no additional charge. However, this inclusive equipment and labor is limited to approximately and hour on site for simple events and a normal amount of cabling.

Additional charges can include fees for advance venue planning visits, wait time, dry run/rehearsal, additions of equipment on site, tech support following technician departure, additional trip fees. We will allow sufficient time for set up and testing of equipment, if this exceeds 1 hour of labor we will notify you of additional time required and subsequent fees. Again, the best way to avoid additional fees is to communicate fully your needs to both our staff and with your venue.
